About the role

You'll design and run experiments: forming hypotheses, planning protocols, executing lab work with careful technique, and recording results in detail. You'll analyze data with appropriate statistical methods, interpret findings against the literature, troubleshoot assays and instruments when results drift, and present your work in team meetings and written reports. You'll also maintain lab notebooks and follow safety and quality procedures that keep the research defensible.

What you will bring

You're rigorous about method and honest about uncertainty, with hands-on laboratory experience and a graduate-level grounding in your discipline. You troubleshoot patiently, document thoroughly, and communicate findings clearly to both scientific and non-specialist colleagues.
