About the role

You'll lead clinical operations across the organization: setting care standards, managing clinic leads and their teams, and owning scheduling, capacity, and patient flow. You'll ensure compliance with provincial health regulations and college standards, drive quality improvement from incident reviews and patient feedback, and partner with executives on budgets, expansion plans, and clinical hiring. Your job is a clinical operation that runs safely, efficiently, and consistently.

What you will bring

You combine a clinical background with proven operational leadership, having managed multi-site or multi-team health services. You know provincial regulatory frameworks well, make defensible decisions under pressure, and lead clinicians with the credibility that comes from having done the work yourself.
